Curly Maple & Bubinga Bookcase

25 years of ongoing laboratory and clinical research at Johns Hopkins. Running an emergency room in a refugee camp in Thailand in the 1970's to provide aid to Cambodian refugees. Working with Moveable Feast, a non-profit whose members provide meals to individuals with life-threatening illnesses. After all this work to make the world a better place, my client decided to treat herself to something special.

Made of curly maple, with bubinga base and drawer fronts. The turned drawer pulls and hand-scratched beads on the base are East Indian rosewood.
